About me.
I grew up in a loving and caring religious environment and learned the value of family, sharing, and the joy of helping others. I started working and saving money at a very young age and purchased my first car at the age of fifteen. I majored in business at the undergraduate and graduate levels because I always had a keen interest in investing and getting to a better financial position. I made my first investment at the age of eighteen and started a comprehensive financial plan at the age of twenty-eight, which I updated periodically throughout my working years.
After retiring from the Air Force, I joined the financial services industry to help numerous families get started on their financial journey. I saw lots of evidence while in the Air Force and especially as a financial advisor that people need financial education and assistance. I realized it was impossible to help everyone individually. My passion to help others drove me to write my first book to reach all working-class Americans.
I have the highest credentials in the financial services field. I am a recently retired financial advisory firm senior executive with more than twenty-nine years in financial services. I’m a financial advisor, certified financial planner, chartered financial consultant, and member of the Financial Planning Association and have many securities and insurance licenses.
My mission is to deliver personalized financial services to everyone regardless of current financial status. In my book “Wealth Accumulation Made Simple and Easy”, I reveal the simple steps you should take to begin or enhance your financial journey.
